Everyone here seems very nice however, they like many other modern dentists don’t seem to be able to actually DO anything there beyond cleanings and X-rays. They refused to replace fillings that had come out after 12-15yrs ??, Refused to take care of a cavity, refused to replace a cap, only offered me expensive solutions involving ripping my teeth out but none to actually protect and preserve the exsisting tooth structure no matter my insistence. It was incredibly frustrating and it happened twice, a year apart, meanwhile my teeth have had zero care in between. This was Dr Austen both times who took tons of their time and mine explaining all of their thoughts and research but ignored basic logic to care for the teeth in the interim as I was not on board to rip healthy teeth out of my jaw.

Very friendly and understanding staff with good availability as well. The office space is nice, comfortable chairs, and this location is close to the bus line so it’s easy to get to for people living downtown. Would definitely recommend
